Mr Mateusz Gramza was appointed President of the Management Board. Messrs Adam Gąsiorowski and Sławomir Brzeziński were appointed Vice-Presidents of the Management Board.

The changes follow from the objectives that Grupa Azoty sets before the Companies’ Management Boards, including stepping up integration and more effective consolidation, as well as continued growth supported by innovation and positioning of the Grupa Azoty brand on the domestic and international markets. 

Adam Leszkiewicz − President, and Mirosław Ptasiński, Dariusz Bednorz and Krzysztof Kamiński − Vice-Presidents, were removed from the Management Board.

The Resolutions become effective as of their date.
