Andrzej Skolmowski tendered his resignation as Chairperson and Member of the Supervisory Board.

The following persons were removed from the Supervisory Board: Jerzy Koziara, Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, and Witold Szczypiński and Marcin Stanisław Witkowski, Members of the Supervisory Board.

The following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board: Bohdan Pecuszok as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, and Prof. Katarzyna Chojnacka, Michał Wrębiak and Artur Rafał Kamiński as Members of the Supervisory Board. 

Paweł Polański, elected on behalf of the employees, continues to serve on the Supervisory Board.
