Grupa Azoty Concludes the "We Care for Polish Soil" Lottery

The 7th edition of the "We Care for Polish Soil" lottery, held under the slogan "The Best for the Best," has concluded. Anyone who made a single purchase of Grupa Azoty fertilizers worth at least PLN 1,000 gross between February 1 and April 30 was eligible to participate. This year's grand prize, a John Deere 5090M tractor, was awarded to Mr. Adam from the Lublin province, who purchased Pulan fertilizer for almost PLN 2,000 gross on the winning receipt.

The winning purchase was made at TEAMAGRO in Zamość, an Authorized Distributor of Grupa Azoty Fertilizers. It is worth noting that nearly 80% of the entries in the VII edition of the lottery were documents from Grupa Azoty's Authorized Distribution Network.

“This year's lottery saw a record number of entries, over 61,000—a 20% increase from last year and a 40% increase from the 5th edition. We are particularly pleased that the majority of these entries came from our Authorized Distribution Network, which we are continually developing our cooperation with. We thank them for their involvement in this year's lottery and for encouraging farmers to register their purchase documents," said Wojciech Węgrzynek, Director of the Corporate Sales Department for the Agro Segment.

This year's prize pool amounted to nearly PLN 600,000: 200 instant prizes of PLN 1,000 each, three monthly prizes of PLN 20,000 each for Grupa Azoty fertilizers, and one John Deere 5090M tractor. Each entry thus provided three chances to win. The most entries came from the Lublin (17%), Mazovia (16%), and Łódź (12%) voivodeships.

"This is the second consecutive year I've registered my purchase in the lottery. On my farm, I focus on plant production, specializing in wheat, rapeseed, beets, as well as beans, and black and red currants. The tractor I won will be very helpful in my daily work, especially with almost 100 hectares of crops," said Mr. Adam, the lottery winner from the Lublin voivodeship.
